Trust is a core value at Tappy. We do not access, read, store, or process:

  • Your Instagram data, posts, or account information
  • Phone numbers or personal identifiers of people who click your links
  • Location data or city information of link visitors
  • Tracking cookies or device fingerprinting data
  • Any data from WhatsApp scraping or notification reading

We use trusted third-party services for authentication and payment processing. Payment card details are never stored on our servers - all payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay.

We retain your account information and analytics data for as long as your account is active. Free plan users have access to 30 days of analytics history. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
